An innovative external lighting system, intertwined with 16 prominent horizontal tubular sections, ensures the building glistens—a welcoming image for the city’s maritime area.

Daring Design: A Concept Rooted in Visibility

The vision is clear: a tower that not only pierces the skyline but offers panoramic views of Dublin, unobstructed in all directions. The result is a "vase type" design—grand and circular, gently tapering towards the base. Central to the tower’s design is a cylindrical core housing essentials: fire escape, a private lift to the U2 studio, and vital services for each floor. Structural integrity is supported by the core and exterior columns that mimic the tower’s tapering elegance. Moreover, stainless steel sections provide foundational support, doubling as a sophisticated space frame for the glazing system.

Integration of Sustainability and Technology

The building's south facade cleverly incorporates solar cells, contributing to its energy efficiency. Sunscreening louvres strategically placed provide shade and comfort to the offices within, while the north tower accommodates vital circulation and service facilities, optimizing the central tower's floor plans.

Interior spaces are allocated with intent: from an entrance lobby merging with the tower’s own to diverse floors accommodating a café, a nightclub, restaurants, apartments, and a penthouse.
